First, the Before and After shots of the girls. The first (above) was taken on July 20, 2005 on the first day of rehearsals. The second (below) was taken on August 24, 2007 - their last day of rehearsal.

Some pictures from the recording session this past week.

The CDs will be released by Time Life Music (tentative release date is Nov. 20, 2007) - the first CD will be the cast recording performed by most of the original cast. The second CD will include songs that were cut and/or added and never recorded from Annie (such as 'Why Should I Change a Thing' and 'It's Christmas'). It will also include songs written for the sequel (Annie II) such as 'You Never Know What's Gonna Happen at Coney Island!' and 'Tomorrow is Now'. The CDs will feature many distinguished Annie alum from stage and screen including Shelly Burch, Ray Thorne, Sally Struthers, Kathy Lee Gifford, Andrea McArdle, and many more.
