CHANCE K. INGALLS (Ensemble) is excited to be making his tour debut with Annie! He’s from Kapolei, HI, and earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre from Oklahoma City University. He is so grateful for the people in his life who support him. He couldn’t do it without them!
